Make your payment by ACH by entering your USA Checking Account Routing and Account number. For your security, our payment platform, Anytime AndDone Payments requires that you enter your checking account number twice, masking your entry each time during the process, to help eliminate errors. There is no technology fee for payments made by electronic check (ACH).

IMPORTANT: Some banks may not offer payment by ACH. If you are uncertain, please verify with your bank before proceeding.

Credit Card Payment

A 3% technology fee paid directly to Anytime AndDone Payments will be added to your payment.

Debit Card Payment

There is no technology fee for payments made with a Debit Card. As soon as you enter your CARD number, the system will automatically recognize it as a Debit Card and remove the technology fee, reducing it to zero.

Mail your USA Check to our Office

Checks are discouraged due to significant mail delivery and posting delays:

  1. USPS charges 78 cents for a first-class stamp in 2025 + 2026, with delivery times averaging 3 to 7 days. Save 78 cents and securely and instantly post your payment by ACH.
  2. If you choose to pay by USA check, please make it payable to AMIIS, LLC or Anderson Musical Instrument Insurance Solutions, LLC, and mail it to 871 Venetia Bay Blvd, Suite 201, Venice, FL 34285-8049.
  3. Checks mailed to our office are deposited on Monday's, resulting in further delays of 1–8 days.
  4. ACH payments are generally posted in one business day.
